    • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee, clearly communicated during the cancellation process.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date or after the service initiation may result in partial or full charges.
  2. Refund Policy

    • Refunds for cancellations will be processed as per the following guidelines:
      • Cancellations made within the specified time period will be refunded minus any applicable cancellation fees.
      • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
      • Refund processing may take 5-7 working days, depending on the user’s bank or payment gateway.
      • In case of service failure or disruption caused by Himalayan Folks, users may receive a full refund.
  3. How to Request a Refund

    • Refund requests should include booking details, such as the booking ID and reason for cancellation.
  4. Exceptions

    • In force majeure situations (e.g., natural disasters or emergencies), Himalayan Folks reserves the right to modify or waive cancellation and refund terms.
    • Refunds will not be provided for completed services.
