Experience of Baku - 5 Nights / 6 Days

Day 1: Arrival in Baku

Arrive at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, where you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. After checking in, relax and explore the surrounding area at your own pace. In the evening, take a short city tour to experience Baku Boulevard, a scenic promenade along the Caspian Sea. Enjoy local cuisine at a nearby restaurant before returning to the hotel.

Day 2: Baku City Tour & Old Town Exploration

After breakfast, begin your city tour with a visit to Highland Park, offering panoramic views of Baku’s skyline. Explore the Flame Towers, Martyrs’ Lane, and the National Flag Square. Continue to the Old City (Icherisheher), a UNESCO-listed heritage site featuring Shirvanshah’s Palace, Maiden Tower, and Caravanserai. Walk through the narrow alleys filled with traditional shops and cafes. In the evening, visit Nizami Street, a lively shopping and entertainment district.

Day 3: Gobustan National Park & Mud Volcanoes

After breakfast, drive to Gobustan National Park, known for its ancient petroglyphs dating back to 10,000 BC. Explore the rock carvings, archaeological sites, and historical caves. Later, visit the Mud Volcanoes, a unique natural phenomenon found only in a few places worldwide. Return to Baku and spend the evening at leisure, enjoying the city’s nightlife or relaxing at the hotel.

Day 4: Absheron Peninsula – Ateshgah & Yanar Dag

Today, visit the Absheron Peninsula, starting with the Ateshgah Fire Temple, a historic place of worship for fire-worshipping Zoroastrians. Continue to Yanar Dag, also known as the Burning Mountain, where flames have been burning naturally for centuries. Later, return to Baku and spend the evening exploring Caspian Sea Boulevard or trying Azerbaijani delicacies at a local restaurant.

Day 5: Leisure & Shopping in Baku

After breakfast, enjoy a free day for shopping and exploration. Visit 28 Mall, Port Baku Mall, or explore local markets for souvenirs like carpets, ceramics, and traditional sweets. If interested, you can take an optional tour to the Heydar Aliyev Center, an architectural masterpiece designed by Zaha Hadid. Enjoy a farewell dinner in the evening.

Day 6: Departure from Baku

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Heydar Aliyev International Airport for your departure, carrying unforgettable memories of Baku.
